Your tasks

• Service in the staff restaurant & Café Chiara: You look after our employees and external guests with warm, professional service. From coffee in the morning to lunch - you ensure that everyone feels completely comfortable.
• Catering assistance & Guest Relation: As a contact person for our female and male patients, you not only take care of individual meal requests but also of all other non-medical concerns that make the stay more pleasant. You collect feedback and thus guarantee personal, tailor-made care.
• Care and accompaniment: In close cooperation with the female and male patients, you take care of their needs with empathy. This is not just about the food, but also about the small things that make the stay easier and more pleasant.
• Hygiene and occupational safety: You bear responsibility for complying with our high hygiene and occupational safety standards to ensure that both female and male patients as well as employees are always safe and well cared for.

Your profile

• Completed gastronomy or hotel specialist training as well as sound professional experience in service in high-end gastronomy or hospitality
• Strong service orientation as well as excellent manners
• Passion for gastronomy as well as a fine sense for details
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, foreign language skills are an advantage
• Interest in dietetics as well as empathetic handling of sometimes seriously ill female and male patients
• Confident handling of IT applications, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
