Junior Site Manager (m/f/d)

The Enz Group AG, as part of the GarLa Gruppe, combines competencies in garden and landscape construction, garden maintenance, planning, and civil engineering. Our subsidiary Gartenbau Demont is a horticulture company based in Davos. With great passion, we design, create, and maintain gardens of all kinds. Whether small or large orders - in close cooperation with our customers, we design dream gardens.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Junior Site Manager (m/f/d).

• You look after our clientele from initial contact to billing
• This includes working out proposals, creating offers, measurements, and billings (Bauprogramm Sorba) as well as site supervision and order processing
• You also control reports, delivery notes, and working hours
• You have training as a technician (m/f/d) in garden and landscape construction, garden site manager (m/f/d), foreman (m/f/d) or a comparable training
• You are a resilient and dynamic personality with a flair for our customers
• Teamwork and flexibility are also among your strengths
• Experience in personnel management and creativity round off your profile
