Cook / Work Agogist in the field of housekeeping and kitchen

Institution Die Stiftung Heimgarten is a specialized specialist institution for the assessment and intensive support of female adolescents aged 14 - 18 with social, family and/or psychological difficulties. This work is carried out by an interdisciplinary team from the fields of psychology, parent and system work, learning house/school and social pedagogy. Your tasks ### The job holder is, in a team of two people, responsible for both the housekeeping area and the kitchen area of the BEO Heimgarten and has the following tasks: • Catering (cooking lunch for 12-20 people, shopping, planning, inventory management) • Care of the premises (design, furnishing, maintenance) • Work assignments with adolescents in the housekeeping area • Organization of special events (festivals, celebrations, etc.) • Administration of the housekeeping budget Requirement profile ### We are looking for a specialist with experience in the housekeeping/culinary field and you bring the following skills: • You have a completed EFZ training as a cook with a work-agogic flair and have professional experience in a comparable function. • You can cook healthily and creatively. • You want to work in a lively operation with networked thinking. • You can organize and plan well and use financial resources in a targeted manner. • You are used to working in a team. • You are flexible, communicative, humorous, resilient and independent. • Working days: Monday, Tuesday (by arrangement) and Wednesday • You have an interest in gender topics.
