In this context, we are currently looking for a: CNC Swiss Lathe Operator – Citizen L12 (M/F/X) – 2x8 CDI \| Watchmaking \| La Chaux\-de\-Fonds Are you a true Swiss lathe operator and do you like being responsible for your machine from A to Z? We are looking for an experienced CNC Swiss Lathe Operator capable of independently managing an entire production cell dedicated to the manufacture of very high precision jewelry components. Here, you will not be a simple machine operator. You will be the technical referent for your station, from complete setups to the final inspection of parts. We are looking for a truly autonomous Swiss lathe operator. Do you perform your setups without assistance, master the complete settings of a Citizen (ideally L12\), perform your inspections on Marcel Aubert, and like to take responsibility for your production? Then this opportunity is made for you. Your mission: Within a high-precision workshop, you will ensure the manufacture of jewelry components on a Citizen L12\. With full autonomy, you will take charge of the entire production process: Perform complete machine assemblies and settings (from A to Z) Perform setups and series changes Optimize machining parameters to guarantee quality, stability, and performance Perform dimensional self-checks using traditional means as well as Marcel Aubert devices Ensure the conformity of parts according to quality requirements Identify and correct any production deviations Perform first-level maintenance of your equipment Participate in the continuous improvement of processes When turning activity requires it, you will also be required to intervene on 5-axis CNC machining centers (notably Bumotec S191\), with the objective of developing your versatility. The profile we are looking for: You are first and foremost a confirmed Swiss lathe operator, capable of working alone and making technical decisions. You possess in particular: CFC in polymechanic, production mechanic or training deemed equivalent Solid experience on CNC swiss lathe, ideally on Citizen L12 Excellent mastery of complete settings and setups Ability to ensure production with total autonomy Good mastery of reading blueprints Experience in dimensional inspections with conventional instruments and Marcel Aubert A keen sense of precision and quality A real asset: Experience on Bumotec S191, Willemin\-Macodel or any other 5-axis CNC machining center.
