Job Description ## • You clarify payment receipts and process non-automatically posted payments. • You are responsible for the dunning process until it is handed over to the collection agency. • You conduct credit checks for new and existing customers. • You check and release blocked orders based on credit limits. • You report new customers, limit changes, and relevant information to the credit insurance and prepare balance reports. • You monitor credit limits and accompany payment plans. • You are the contact person for our locations in all matters related to debitorenbuchhaltung. • You create and maintain customer files in debitoren management. • You support your team and take on representations within the debitorenbuchhaltung. Qualifications ## • Education: Commercial basic training as well as further training in finance and accounting or in the business administration area • Personality and way of working: reliable, careful, responsible, structured, independent, and discreet • Experience: Several years of professional experience in a similar function • Languages: German as mother tongue, additional language skills such as French, English, or Italian are an advantage Additional Information ## You can expect a responsible and varied activity in a modern company that values quality, commitment, and mutual respect.
