Join our team for the 2027 season!

In order to strengthen our nursery team, we are looking for passionate horticulturists, in love with the beauty of plants, who enjoy sharing their knowledge and assisting customers at the heart of our garden center.

Your missions:

• Welcome, advise, and assist our customers in the choice of plants and complementary items
• Ensure the maintenance and enhancement of plants: watering, pruning, care, and presentation
• Manage customer orders as well as stock monitoring and organization
• Actively contribute to the convivial atmosphere and the attractiveness of the nursery
• Share your knowledge and transmit your passion for plants to our customers

Your profile:

• CFC as a horticulturist, nurseryman, or equivalent training
• Excellent knowledge of plants and a genuine interest in the horticultural field
• Experience in a garden center, nursery, or in sales is an asset
• Sense of service, ease in contact, and pleasure in advising customers
• Autonomous, responsible, with a taste for initiative
• Team spirit and desire to contribute actively to the life of the nursery
• Comfortable with IT tools

Job conditions:

• Fixed-term contracts (periods of 5 to 6 months)
• Occupation rate of 100 %
• Start date from 1 February 2027 or to be agreed
• Location: Gland (VD)
• Work on Saturdays, as well as during special openings (Sundays and public holidays)
