In the branches Basel, Bern, Luzern, St. Gallen, Vaduz and Zürich, more than 120 specialists of various disciplines work.
To strengthen our team at the Zürich location, we are looking for a Head of Property & Casualty (m/f/d) as of 1 March 2027
Head of Property & Casualty (m/f/d)
What you move
You lead and develop the employees of the P&C team and perform all associated leadership tasks
You assume main responsibility for the care of well-known national and international clients in property, liability and transport insurance
You continuously develop the P&C area and ensure compliance with processes, profitability and service quality
You maintain contacts with specialists from insurance companies
You support acquisition projects
You participate in project teams
You ensure the communication and information flow in your functional area
Why you will succeed
You have several years of qualified experience in the corporate business of an insurance broker or an insurer
You have sound knowledge of international business
You have proven leadership experience
You move proficiently in all MS-Office programs and have a high IT affinity
You have the ability to communicate in stylish German and English, both spoken and written
You are service-oriented, empathetic and have high social competence
Your resilience and your flexibility as well as your efficient and reliable way of working round off your profile
