Health and ultra-cleanliness sector manager

Your mission: ###

• Deploy employees in compliance with the work plan
• Monitor the quality of work and report to the group leader
• Anticipate and ensure the supply of products and supplies on site
• Organize, start and optimize the work
• Ensure the distribution and collection of all or part of the timesheets
• Collect and prepare the documents for establishing employee payroll
• Anticipate and prepare replacement schedules during vacations
• Report to the group leader all information concerning operations such as equipment breakdowns, technical problems or the quality of services
• Communicate and monitor the application of HSE measures
• Participate in incident analysis

Your profile: ###

• You have recognized experience as a supervisor of cleaning services in a health establishment or in an ultra-cleanliness zone
• You perfectly master the cleaning techniques specific to the health and/or ultra-cleanliness environment
• You are autonomous, punctual, rigorous, organized, with attention to detail
• You have listening skills and know how to support a team
• You know how to prioritize and manage unforeseen events
• You are willing to work with a wide range of hours, mainly in the evening
• You are able to intervene on several sites located around Lausanne and demonstrate a good ability to adapt to the requirements, constraints and specificities of each site
• You perfectly master IT tools, notably the MS Office Suite
• You hold a driver's license
