As a building technician, you ensure that electrotechnical systems or HVACSE systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electrical) function perfectly at all times – for more comfort, safety, and efficiency. What awaits you Operating and monitoring technical systems Regular checking and assessment of properties and building infrastructure and reporting any defects Carrying out fault analyses and corresponding measures Coordinating and performing inspection, maintenance, and repair work Accompanying and monitoring internal and external suppliers and tradespeople Receiving and independently processing inquiries as a contact person for the customer On-call service What you bring with you Completed vocational training with EFZ in the field of facility management or building technology Several years of experience in the maintenance of complex building technology systems Good German language skills, written and spoken Experience in dealing with internal and external customers/suppliers Good PC skills (MS Office) and willingness to use internal programs Driving license Cat.
