Within the Research & Development department, we offer a demanding position:

Your future missions ##

You will take charge of development projects as well as technical assistance tasks in the field of tribology, with a particular focus on issues related to lubrication processes as well as lubrication instructions for quartz movements. You will also be required to perform characterization analyses by optical profilometry and tribometry.

You will scout, propose solutions, and successfully carry out their evaluation and introduction, in close collaboration with our various laboratories and production departments.

Furthermore, you will provide technical expertise in your field of activity both to the various internal departments and to the companies of the Swatch Group.

Your aptitudes and skills ##

You hold an Engineering degree at MASTER HES level or another title deemed equivalent.

As an additional asset, you have several years of experience in the fields of tribology.

Dynamic and creative, you are distinguished by your open-mindedness and your sense of responsibility. Comfortable in human contacts, you seek teamwork.

Languages ##

A native speaker of French or German, you possess good knowledge of the other language and are motivated to communicate in both languages. Good knowledge of English would be an asset.
