Your task ##

• You assume overall responsibility for demanding international projects from contract handover to successful final acceptance.
• You lead interdisciplinary specialist teams and ensure efficient cooperation of all internal and external project participants.
• You are responsible for compliance with schedule, cost, and quality goals and establish proactive risk and change management.
• You prepare technical specifications, coordinate suppliers, and accompany assembly, commissioning, ramp-up, and test operation.
• You act as the central contact person for customers, partners, and internal specialist departments and represent the project goals confidently at all times.
• You contribute your own ideas, specifically develop processes further, and thereby ensure the sustainable success of your projects.

Your profile ##

• You have completed technical training or a degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, engineering, or a comparable field.
• You bring several years of experience in leading international projects in plant or mechanical engineering.
• Entrepreneurial thinking, strong implementation skills, and decisiveness characterize you.
• Even in demanding project situations, you act in a resilient, solution-oriented, and confident manner.
• You bring an international willingness to travel of around 30 %.
• Business fluent German, English, and French skills at least at C1 level are mandatory for this position.
