Specialist in Housekeeping EFZ/EBA with responsibility & work accompaniment

For a varied activity, we are looking for a committed personality with completed training in housekeeping or building cleaning EBA/EFZ, who accompanies and supports people with intellectual disabilities in their daily work.

Your tasks

• You accompany and support people with intellectual disabilities
• You take responsibility for an object and ensure that quality, order and cleanliness are guaranteed at all times.
• You accompany and support people with psychological disabilities in their daily work.
• You instruct employees, promote their skills and ensure a structured workflow.
• You work independently and maintain an overview even in hectic situations.
• Occasional assignments on Saturday mornings are also part of your area of responsibility.

Your profile

• Completed training as a housekeeping practitioner EBA/EFZ, building cleaner EBA/EFZ (mandatory)
• Driver's license category B (mandatory)
• You enjoy instructing and supporting others
• Patience, empathy and a sense of responsibility
• Independent, flexible and reliable way of working
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
