Scope of activities ###

• Leadership tasks: Management of the team in the Bike/Sport department as well as ensuring smooth operations
• Promotion: Active support, motivation and further development of employees
• Planning: Ensuring efficient schedule, deployment and resource planning
• New assemblies: Careful assembly of new bikes as well as ensuring their flawless functionality
• Service: Careful execution and control of service work and repairs on customer bicycles In case of uncertainties, consultation with the customer directly
• Training: Annual training on novelties in all our outlets
• Adjusting ski bindings: Precise assembly, setting and adjustment of ski bindings according to applicable safety standards
• Projects: Co-responsibility for projects as well as participation in the further development of the department

Profile ###

• Education: Completed training as a bicycle mechanic or comparable professional experience
• Affinity for sport: Enthusiasm for bikes, sport and technical products
• Leadership experience: Several years of professional experience and initial knowledge in employee leadership
• Strong communication: Clear, structured communication and confident representation of decisions
• Way of working: Independent task completion with clear responsibility for results
• Commitment: High commitment and adaptability in everyday work
