Profile:

• Higher education in luxury hospitality
• Confirmed experience in reception within a 5* establishment
• Solid experience in Food & Beverage (high-end restaurant, catering, or room service)
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills
• Acute sense of service and high-end customer relations
• Mastery of IT tools (MS Office)
• Excellent writing skills
• Fluent French and English indispensable
• Residence in Switzerland mandatory (permit B or C)

• Welcome a demanding clientele with professionalism and discretion
• Manage lounge reservations and optimize their planning
• Write and coordinate menu proposals with internal teams
• Ensure the precise transmission of information to the kitchen and service teams
• Supervise the setup of lounges, including technical aspects
• Perform administrative tasks related to the activity (confirmations, occupancy monitoring, etc.)
• Occasionally participate in the welcome and service during exceptional events
