For our facility maintenance at the Bachs location, we are looking for a committed and reliable personality as a Maintenance Employee with several years of professional experience in caretaker, facility, or garden maintenance.

What you can achieve with us

In this versatile role, together with your team, you will ensure that our buildings and outdoor facilities are well-maintained and functional. At the Bachs location, you will take on an important role and work largely independently.

• Year-round maintenance and care of green spaces and outdoor areas
• Independent receipt and execution of orders
• Direct contact person for the various work areas at the Bachs location
• Summoning, coordinating, and accompanying external craftsmen
• Independent execution of minor repairs and maintenance work
• Ordering and management of small items and consumables
• Documentation of the orders executed as well as the technical building systems at the Bachs location
• Processing of email correspondence in your area of responsibility
• Support for the team at other locations
• Occasional support with person transports

What you bring with you

• Several years of professional experience as a caretaker, in facility maintenance, or in garden maintenance
• Training as a Fachmann/-frau Betriebsunterhalt EFZ or Gärtner/in EFZ is an advantage
• Manual dexterity and technical understanding
• Driver's license Kat. B
• Independent, reliable, and service-oriented way of working
• Appreciative and respectful interaction with different people
• Committed, uncomplicated, and team-oriented personality with joy in a versatile activity
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
