Clerk (m/f/d) Internal Sales

• Independent creation of quote calculations and offers for demanding construction projects in the field of sun protection (venetian blinds, awnings, roller shutters, etc.).
• Holistic project processing in the assigned sales area in Western Switzerland (creation of offers and supplements, invoicing, dunning process, etc.).
• Technical clarifications and commercial processing of customer inquiries.
• Responsibility for receivables and complaint management, as well as invoice verification and creation of credit notes.
• Maintenance and administration of customer master data in the CRM system
• Close cooperation with sales, project processing, and our headquarters in Germany
• You possess a completed commercial or technical education
• You speak and write German fluently
• French language skills at least level B1
• High teamwork and communication skills as well as commitment
• Customer-oriented, structured and independent way of working
• Technical affinity and enjoyment of diverse tasks
• Good MS Office skills, CRM and ERP experience desirable
