Main tasks

• Technical analysis and processing of customer complaints
• Participation in the design and implementation of the complaint process
• Carrying out recalibrations and repairs
• Deriving and following up on improvement measures
• Support in conducting internal soldering training in production

Profile

• Completed training as Elektroniker:in EFZ or sound electronic knowledge required
• Enjoyment of technology, physics and mechanics
• Very good German language skills
• Good PC user skills
• Experience in soft soldering, preferably knowledge of the IPC-A-610 standard
• Good manual dexterity, fine motor skills
• Solution-oriented and structured way of working as well as quick comprehension
• High reliability and strong quality awareness
• Team player and balanced personality
