Informatik Schaffhausen (ITSH), together with around 80 employees, shapes the digital future of the Canton of Schaffhausen. As a central IT partner for the canton, city, and municipalities, we develop and operate innovative digital services, advise our customers comprehensively, and ensure a secure, modern, and reliable IT operation. For the newly founded "Standards & Quality" team, we are filling a strategic key position with a direct line to the executive management. In this position, you are responsible for the information security of ITSH. You advise the executive management as well as our customers as a central specialist and actively help shape the development of the team. With immediate effect or by arrangement, we are looking for you as ICT Security Officer (m/f), 80–100 % What awaits you • Responsibility for the ICT security strategy of ITSH and its alignment with existing strategies • Establishment, operation, and further development of the ISMS in accordance with recognized standards (ISO 27001, IKT-Minimalstandard, CIS Controls, etc.) • Advising, sensitizing, and training the executive management as well as the customers as the central contact person for information security and data protection, including the development of a consulting offering • Responsibility for IT risk management and management of security audits with regular reporting to the executive management • Anchoring "Security by Design" in projects and procurements What you bring with you • Several years of experience in a comparable strategic function (CISO, ICT-SIBE), ideally in the public sector or with an IT service provider • Completed studies or equivalent training/further education with a focus on information security • Sound knowledge of security frameworks and ISMS as well as experience with regulatory and data protection requirements • Solid understanding of modern ICT architectures and technologies (on-prem and cloud, especially Microsoft) • Confident appearance with strong communication skills as well as the ability to position information security as an enabler We offer you • Meaningful IT with an impact on the entire canton • Flexible working models with home office and a modern New Work working environment • A strong team with genuine collegiality and appreciation as well as short decision-making paths • Exciting projects, modern technologies, and a lot of creative freedom • Fair employment conditions according to cantonal personnel law and targeted development opportunities Have we aroused your interest?
