We are looking for a proactive, service-oriented, and flexible personality as follows, to start by arrangement in Niedergösgen SO

Your Tasks

• Carrying out quality and completeness checks of the information recorded when creating projects in SAP Fiori as well as approval of project opening
• Support in project administration (project opening, project closure, project guarantees, notices of delay, supplementary letters, 15 checkpoints, project filing in SharePoint)
• Creation and processing of external and internal customer invoices
• Carrying out financial control with SAP and SAP Fiori
• Support in accounts receivable management
• Support in the dunning and debt collection process
• Recording of orders as well as reconciliation of supplier invoices with the corresponding orders within your own area of responsibility
• Recording and implementation of contracts in Planon
• Support of the Financial Business Partner with monthly tasks and processes
• Training of operational employees in the responsible specialist department
• Contact person for the time tracking tool

Your Profile

• Commercial or administrative basic training
• Experience in the project environment as well as knowledge of commercial processes in construction-related industries is an advantage
• Mandatory knowledge of SAP FI/CO and SAP Fiori
• Proactive, motivated, and service-oriented personality
• Team-oriented, structured, and independent way of working
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Knowledge of other national languages as well as English skills is an advantage
