Your profile • A completed vocational training in the hotel industry • Experience in a comparable position and company • Very good German, English and French skills in speaking and writing • Interest, enthusiasm and passion for your profession • Ability to work in a team and motivational talent • Initiative, flexibility, resilience and an eye for detail • Sales-oriented thinking and acting. Your tasks • Reservations with OPERA Cloud Version • Competent guest care • Correspondence in German, English and French • Creating and checking guest invoices • Daily Front Office work • Check in/out • Own cash management • Ensuring a smooth process at the front
