Then you have come to the right place! For our office in Aarau, we are looking for a committed personality as of 1 April 2027 who will be responsible for our finance and accounting, lead a small team, and help shape the future of our foundation.

zeka has been committed to children, young people, and adults with individual educational and care needs in the Canton of Aargau since 1966. We operate two special schools, a weekly boarding school, seven outpatient therapy and counseling centers, as well as residential, work, employment, and training placements.

Team Lead Finance / Accounting 80-100%

Your tasks

• You are responsible for the budget planning, as well as the entire financial accounting of our foundation
• You prepare the quarterly and annual financial statements
• You ensure the correct billing of our services to cantons, municipalities, IV, and health insurance companies
• You analyze financial key figures, prepare meaningful reports, and thereby create important decision-making bases for the Foundation Board and Executive Management
• You further develop our financial processes and work closely with the Head of Services and the budget managers of the various areas
• You lead two employees in accounting, support them professionally, and promote their further development
• You represent the Head of Services and, as a member of the management, actively help shape the future of our foundation

Your profile

• You enjoy working with people, take on responsibility, and want to contribute or further develop your leadership skills
• You have a federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis) in finance and accounting or a comparable degree at HF / FH level
• You bring several years of professional experience in finance and accounting as well as knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER 21
• You think analytically, work in a structured manner, and can communicate complex financial contexts understandably
• Abacus knowledge is a plus
