For a long-term care institution in the Bern region, we are looking for a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH / a Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH (60-100 %) in the Try-&-Hire model. You will initially start temporarily and get to know the team, the processes, and the daily nursing routine directly. If the cooperation suits both sides, there is the subsequent possibility of permanent employment. The focus is on the individual care and support of the residents as well as professional cooperation within the nursing team.

Your tasks at the new employer:

• Take over the holistic care and support of the residents and manage the nursing process from planning to evaluation
• Assess changes in health status, set priorities, and initiate the necessary nursing measures
• Coordinate with doctors, relatives, and other specialists and ensure a reliable flow of information
• Document the nursing progress carefully and actively contribute your professional expertise to the cooperation within the team

You offer your new employer:

• You have a degree as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH or, in the case of a foreign diploma, the corresponding SRK recognition
• Experience in long-term care is an advantage or you want to use your previous nursing knowledge specifically in this area
• You work independently and responsibly and maintain an overview even in demanding nursing situations
• With your open and appreciative manner, you like to contribute to the team and encounter residents and relatives professionally
