For this strategically important transformation, we are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant SAP S/4HANA SD / OTC who not only designs systems but, as a trusted partner of the business, actively helps shape the future of our end-to-end processes.

In this role, you will take on a central position between departments, IT, and external partners. You will have the opportunity to design modern processes, help shape strategic decisions, and make a sustainable contribution to the further development of our SAP and CRM landscape.

In addition to the technical design of our SAP landscape, we offer you the perspective of taking on additional technical or personnel leadership responsibility in the medium term and actively helping to shape the further development of our SAP competence area.

Your tasks

• Participation in the introduction and further development of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition with a focus on Order-to-Cash (OTC).
• Analysis, conception, and optimization of sales, pricing, quotation, order, and invoicing processes along the entire customer journey.
• Execution of fit-to-standard workshops as well as the development of solution designs based on SAP Best Practices.
• Central contact person for the departments and active building of sustainable business partnerships through regular exchange, consulting, and on-site presence.
• Analysis of business requirements as well as development of practical and future-proof solutions together with stakeholders.
• Co-responsibility for the integration of SAP S/4HANA Cloud with Salesforce Sales Cloud and other peripheral systems, as well as participation in the definition of integration scenarios via the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Support with testing, training, cutover, and hypercare, as well as ensuring a successful transition to regular operations.
• Continuous further development of SAP OTC processes as well as identification and implementation of optimization and digitalization potentials.

Your profile

• Completed studies in business informatics, computer science, business administration, or a comparable education.
• Several years of experience as an SAP Consultant with a focus on SAP SD or Order-to-Cash.
• Sound knowledge of SAP S/4HANA; experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition is an advantage.
• Very good understanding of end-to-end processes from lead through quotation and order to invoicing.
• Experience in SAP transformation or implementation projects.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud or the motivation to further develop in this area.
• Experience with integration scenarios between SAP and CRM systems; knowledge of the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) is an advantage.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.
• Strong communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written; French and/or Italian are an advantage.
