The Municipalité de La Neuveville is looking for its territory management service for a:

Project Manager (technical collaborator) urban planning and civil engineering

Degree of occupation: 80 % - 100 %

Contract type: Permanent contract

Start date: 1er octobre 2026 or date to be agreed

Your mission:

• Under the direction of the Head of Service, you steer large-scale or smaller projects in the fields of urban planning and civil engineering, and/or in connection with the other sectors of the service
• You direct projects entrusted to third-party mandatories or develop them yourself, and ensure the representation of the Client
• You monitor urban planning and civil engineering construction sites
• You manage other routine tasks relating to the field of communal territory management
• You manage the administrative tasks inherent to the function

Your profile:

• You are a HES engineer or ES technician in the field of landscape architecture or civil engineering, or you benefit from training deemed equivalent
• You have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
• You master the IT tools, MS Office, Adobe, Autocad
• You have the capacity to work autonomously
• You have a basic knowledge of the German language
• Training and/or experience in project management is a plus
