Responsibilities You will be responsible for driving, coordinating, and optimizing all activities related to buildings, technical installations, energy, and site utilities, in order to guarantee their availability, their compliance with regulatory requirements, as well as their operational performance. In this capacity, you will coordinate improvement projects, plan interventions, and define technical needs in close collaboration with the various services of the company. Main tasks: • Drive and coordinate all activities related to the operation and maintenance of the site's infrastructure (20,000 m²): buildings, technical networks, energy, equipment, and utilities • Guarantee the proper operating condition of technical installations: HVAC, electrical stations (OIBT), compressors, turbines, canal pumps, power supply and natural gas, propane and nitrogen tanks • Ensure the maintenance of stackers, lifts, and other handling equipment on site • Supervise building cleaning services • Supervise the infrastructure team for the execution of internal works and the management of daily technical issues • Be the guarantor of safety for external companies intervening on site • Update technical documents and ensure the monitoring and control of energy consumption (water, gas, electricity), in a logic of continuous reduction • Ensure the monitoring of the maintenance and use of service vehicles, including cleanliness, documents, and basic maintenance • Supervise the progress of work carried out by external companies in compliance with internal procedures • Ensure waste management for the entire site (excluding chemical waste) • Ensure compliance with safety and conduct rules for suppliers intervening on site Profile • Master's degree or federal certificate in building technology, electromechanics, or training deemed equivalent • Continuing education in project management or technical building operation • Solid technical knowledge in infrastructure, energy, buildings, and OIBT regulations • Minimum 5 years of experience in the technical management of industrial sites or complex infrastructures • Confirmed experience in team management and multi-technical project management • Forklift license and aerial work platform license • Ability to define a technical need, to structure and to drive a project • Rigor, sense of organization, method • Team spirit, capacity for cross-functional communication • Reactivity, autonomy, management of unforeseen events Versatility, adaptability • Proficiency in IT tools (CMMS, MS Office) Benefits We offer you the possibility of a permanent job within a leading company in its field of activity and in perpetual evolution.
