Your tasks Strategic and operational development of the areas of Social Services, School Social Work, and Generations & Society with a total of 30 employees Leading the department with vision, clarity, and design will Implementing the strategy of the municipal council in the area of Social Services/Health Actively shaping the future of elderly, family, and health policy Responsible for long-term care financing Understanding of sustainable financial resource use Contact person for asylum matters, foster child welfare, and prevention Supporting the municipal council in all social and health-related topics As a member of the executive board, you will share responsibility for the management, organization, and development of the municipal administration and represent it internally and externally Bringing the interests of the municipality to cantonal developments, networks, and expert groups Your profile You have a university of applied sciences or university degree in the social field, have completed training in business administration, law, or equivalent training.
