To complete our team, we are looking for:
an architect

Occupancy rate: 100% (80% possible)
Availability: immediately or to be agreed

The candidate will be required to work on various projects, ranging from the field of renovation and building transformation to the development of architectural projects.

We are looking for a versatile, rigorous, and pragmatic person, capable of managing their projects effectively and ensuring coordination with the various stakeholders.

Your main tasks will be:

Develop architectural projects, from the preliminary design to the execution phases

Elaborate and coordinate plans, sections, construction details, and execution files on ARCHICAD

Ensure coordination with engineers, specialized mandataries, companies, and other project partners

Analyze and integrate technical, regulatory, and constructive constraints

Collaboration in the drafting of calls for tenders

Experience or skills in site management are an asset

Your profile presents the following skills:

HES, EPF architect diploma or equivalent training

Mastery of construction in Switzerland and knowledge of SIA standards, regulations, and Genevan administrative procedures

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Switzerland as an architect

Excellent mastery of Archicad

Mastery of common office software

Perfect mastery of the French language, written and oral

Interpersonal ease and autonomy
