Is working with people with mental disabilities exactly your thing? Does it take a lot to get you out of your calm? Your tasks: • You accompany people with mental disabilities ambulant in their own four walls • You offer them resource-oriented and individual support • You respond to their abilities and needs • You plan and document the support • You work closely with referral agencies, authorities and various VSP services • You are part of the AWB team with deployments throughout Baselbiet and Basel-Stadt from one of our locations in Frenkendorf and Münchenstein What distinguishes you: • You have a degree in the field of social work or social pedagogy • You have experience in accompanying people with a mental disability • You are open to unconventional solution approaches • You value mindful communication and commitment is important to you • You appreciate a dynamic daily routine and high independence • You have a category B driver's license and are willing to be on the road with the E-Bike We offer: • diverse and responsible activities in a dynamic work environment • at least 5 weeks of vacation • benefits in the pension fund • support for training and further education Have we piqued your interest?
