What you move • Preparation of pizzas as well as responsibility for the pizza station • Preparation of the Mise en Place as well as various preparation tasks • Collaboration in the dishwashing kitchen and support of the entire kitchen operation • Compliance with and implementation of ISO and HACCP guidelines • Preparation of pasta, cash register operation as well as guest service What you bring with you • Several years of experience as a Pizzaiolo • German level B1–B2 (independent language use) • Clean, careful and independent way of working • Flexible and resilient personality with a strong hands-on mentality • High social competence as well as strong team orientation What distinguishes you • Service awareness • Commitment and willingness to perform • Teamwork skills • Ability to think and perceive • Empathy and communication skills • Quality awareness Your place of work Your place of work is located in the Shopping Arena St. Gallen, in a dynamic and concept-driven environment with high guest frequency, including regular shifts around football matches and events several times a year; weekend shifts are part of the planning and are coordinated in advance. You work from Monday to Saturday, each between 09.00 and 20.00, depending on the duty roster.
