The position is based in Lausanne or Berne and involves regular travel to the other site. The missions that await you: Identify the training needs of the sales and customer support teams in collaboration with the relevant departments Design and deploy training courses adapted to business needs, in person, remotely, and in blended learning Develop and evolve existing training systems, including basic training, AFA certifications, and the catalog of vocational training Coordinate interdisciplinary working groups and lead training projects in collaboration with various internal and external partners Lead vocational training and support trainers, tutors, and mentors in their mission Ensure the quality, updating, and availability of training content in the LMS (Cornerstone) What makes you unique: French as a native language and B2 level in German Holder of a federal certificate in insurance or equivalent training Experiences in the insurance field as well as solid technical knowledge, ideally at the federal certificate level Expertise in educational engineering and training development, particularly in e-learning and blended learning Solid experience in project management, leading working groups, and supporting change Good knowledge of sales processes and customer support as well as a strong customer focus Able to convey complex content in a simple and engaging way If you enjoy collaborating with varied stakeholders, managing multiple projects in parallel, and evolving in a dynamic environment, while demonstrating autonomy, pragmatism, and excellent organizational skills, then you are probably the person we are looking for!
