Team Leader Logistics for the establishment of the L+S site in Oberbuchsiten

The new Oberbuchsiten site is being established and needs a leader who leads, organizes, and creates structure independently from day one. The position offers the chance to help shape the logistics from the beginning. We are looking for someone who structures daily operations, sets clear standards, and significantly helps shape the development of a high-performance team. What you drive * You lead your logistics team technically and personally and are responsible for shift planning, deployment control, as well as the further development of your employees. * You ensure that defined processes, standards, and work instructions are consistently adhered to in daily operations. * You recognize process gaps early and develop new, practical workflows that sustainably advance the site. * You are responsible for the operational processing in your area, from picking and palletizing to freight forwarding handling. * You implement hygiene, quality, and biosecurity requirements bindingly within the team and ensure their compliance. * You provide orientation to your team, lead clearly and appreciatively, and strengthen a culture of responsibility, commitment, and performance. * You ensure smooth cooperation at the interfaces to production, dispatching, transport, and plant management. * You actively participate in the establishment of the new site and contribute to the introduction of new processes and tools, including new picking software. What you bring * Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ) * Specialization: You have completed vocational training in logistics, food technology, or a comparable field; further training as a Team Leader or Logistics Specialist is a plus. * Professional experience: You bring several years of demonstrable leadership experience as a Team Leader or Shift Leader in an operational logistics or production environment - ideally in the food industry.
