Accounting Manager

Perfect position to make the transition between GL Accountant and Manager. Accounting Manager Reporting to the CFO and acting as a true right hand, your missions will be to: \- Management of daily accounting: AP, AR, bank reconciliations for Switzerland and international entities \- Monthly and quarterly closing processes, P&L analysis \- VAT returns \- Payroll management \- Liaison with external auditors \- Analytical part: budget analysis, forecasting \- Process improvement \- Coaching of 1/2 people We are looking for a person with: \- Federal Diploma (strong asset) \- 5 years of experience in accounting with a first layer of management accounting \- English B2+ minimum \- Mastery of an ERP such as Business Central, SAP etc. \- Salary: 100/110K CHF - to be discussed, 80% possible It is important to be able to work in an ultra-dynamic, fast-evolving environment where not everything is fixed. Our ideal candidate will know the scale-up world and will have an interest in analytics in addition to solid technical accounting skills.
