As an early childhood educator, you carry out reception and activities for children aged 4 months to 5 years, applying the pedagogical approach defined in the institutional project of the HUG crèches. You ensure individualized service according to the needs and imperatives of the child. You participate in the development and implementation of the project inspired by the work of Emmi Pikler and guarantee the safety of the children by ensuring the permanent creation of an atmosphere favorable to their development and fulfillment. To do this, you work in a team in a collaborative manner using an approach centered on the needs of the child. You hold an ES early childhood educator diploma issued by ESEDE or an equivalent diploma recognized by SASAJ allowing you to hold this function in a crèche in the canton of Geneva. You have proven professional experience. Assignments are at our 3 sites: at the crèche des Magnolias (Belle-Idée), at the Kangourous (Cluse-Roseraie), as well as at the halte-garderie depending on needs.
