Polymechanic - CNC Manufacturing (CNC Milling)

Activity

• Set up and operate 5-axis milling machines based on 3D data and manufacturing orders
• Create new CNC programs and optimize existing programs for process improvement
• Perform maintenance and cleaning of the CNC milling machines

Requirements

• Experience in programming CNC-controlled machines
• Knowledge of CAM software, ideally Tebis, as well as Heidenhain control
• Proficient handling of large workpieces including operation of hall cranes
• Independent, responsible way of working with willingness to learn and participation in production design
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility, as well as reliable compliance with quality requirements and deadlines
