We are looking for an HR and Finance Specialist (m/w/d) 80 – 100 % immediately or by agreement Tasks: Management of HR processes (recruitment, entries/exits, salary administration, master data maintenance etc.) Management of time management system and absence management Processing of accident/sickness reports and social insurance Assistance and representation of creditor and debtor accounting Assistance and representation of financial accounting Assistance and representation in day-to-day business Requirements: Finance and accounting specialist with a federal certificate of proficiency and/or HR specialist or corresponding experience in the field Several years of professional experience in a comparable function, ideally in an SME Organizational talent with a high sense of responsibility Structured and precise way of working Ability to think holistically and in a networked manner Very skilled in Office applications Excellent command of German (spoken and written) What do we offer?
