For one of our clients, we are looking for a:

Real estate accountant (m/f) #

We are looking for an autonomous person, quickly operational and comfortable in a demanding environment, capable of taking charge of both current real estate accounting activities as well as the monitoring and control of statements. ##

Your role ###

You ensure the current accounting management of buildings and intervene in the entire cycle related to rents and charges: processing of invoices, monitoring of tenant and supplier accounts, monthly operations, refunds as well as the preparation and control of annual statements.

You also take charge of monitoring collections and unpaid amounts, as well as the administrative steps related to reminders, formal notices and litigation files.

A significant part of your activity will be dedicated to the control of landlords' service charge statements. You verify the consistency of amounts and supporting documents, analyze variations from one year to another and ensure the compliance of costs with the contractual provisions of the leases.

You finally participate in the finalization of statements, their internal validation and their transmission to tenants, as well as the processing of balances to be refunded or collected.

The profile sought ###

You have significant experience in real estate accounting and ideally master the mechanisms related to rents, rental charges and service charge statements.

Your rigor, your sense of organization and your analytical spirit allow you to work autonomously while respecting sometimes tight deadlines.

You are a reliable, pragmatic and solution-oriented person, capable of integrating quickly into a team and taking charge of the files entrusted to you.
