Bern (and home office) \| 80-100% What you can contribute to • Contribute to the management of the army by participating in its long-term development and monitoring the situation in military-strategic terms • Develop strategic and decision-making bases for the development of the Defense Group, particularly in the areas of business development and strategic transformation • Analyze data and conclusions from strategy controlling and risk management and translate them into concrete recommendations • Coordinate and lead, at the office level, interdisciplinary working groups bringing together renowned specialists and stakeholders • Support and advise office and division heads in the development, coordination, and implementation of their sectoral or overall strategies <br /> What makes you unique • Degree from a university or university of applied sciences or equivalent education • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, network thinking, and strategic reflection • Experience in the strategic work process, whether analysis, planning, alignment, implementation, or controlling • Ability to effectively manage complex stakeholder profiles, sometimes with diverging interests • Knowledge of the Confederation's internal processes and structures, or ideally, training as a general staff officer or senior officer • Very good active knowledge in at least one second official language (level B2) and in English (level B2 at least) <br /> In a few words The Defense Strategy and Governance team defines the long-term orientation of the Defense Group to strengthen Switzerland's defense capability.
