(Exklusiv) Customer Service Representative Pharma (m/w)

On the exclusive behalf of our client, an internationally active, renowned pharma service provider based in the Zurich North area (central train station location, with 2-3 days of home office possible), we are looking for a (Exklusiv) Customer Service Representative Pharma (m/w) # In this varied function, you are part of the Customer Service and Account Management team of our client and take on versatile tasks at the interface to international pharma manufacturers (US market). You advise pharma companies in English on cooperation agreements (Pharma Services) and collaborations, process offers and orders, and are actively involved in monitoring customer performance. You participate in internal projects (e.g., process optimizations) and work closely with various internal departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance). With your expertise and winning demeanor, you are at the same time the business card and the competent sparring partner in general questions about products and services for international customers (US pharma producers). This is in a dynamic, strongly growing, and innovative international company with a sympathetic, uncomplicated corporate culture, flat hierarchies, and attractive employment conditions (e.g., 6+ weeks of vacation, very good social benefits, etc.). To be successful in this responsible task, you bring a commercial basic education and, if applicable, relevant further training. You have several years of practice in comparable positions (e.g., sales inside service, customer service), which you have ideally gained in the international healthcare/pharma or health insurance environment. Specific practice in tasks with many interdisciplinary interfaces (finance, sales, legal, etc.) is, like experience from the international environment (e.g., dealing with US customers), an advantage. You bring negotiation-secure English skills and, if possible, also good German skills, with further languages being an advantage.
