Share What can you expect? ## During your three-year apprenticeship, you will gain insight into various departments and will be deployed in the following work situations: • Receiving and internally forwarding bank customers • Advising bank customers • Supporting bank customers through digital channels • Assisting in customer consulting • Preparing and processing bank transactions administratively In various work areas, you will be accompanied and supported by competent and experienced practical trainers. You can complete the training with us either with EFZ or with a vocational maturity. What do you bring? ## Academically: • Completed primary school at the highest school level with good grades • Very good German language skills, fluent in writing and speaking • Prerequisites for learning two foreign languages • With vocational maturity: Very good grades at the highest school level Personally: • Sociable and communicative • Enjoy learning • Teamwork ability • Reliability and precise work • Open to new things Interests: • Enjoyment of banking day-to-day business and customer contact • Application of information sources and use of new technologies
