Assistant Cook

The employer is looking for two

assistant cooks (reported profession)

Tasks

• small preparation of menus for first courses, piadine, sandwiches
• preparation of aperitifs
• tidying and cleaning the kitchen

Requirements:

• experience in the sector from 1 – 3 years in managing a small kitchen
• with a strong passion for cooking
• ability to work independently
• organized within dynamic teams
• it is fundamental that the candidate knows HACCP regulations to ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety procedures in all stages of food preparation and preservation
• person with initiative
• able to work under pressure without compromising the quality and presentation of dishes,
• good ability to manage time and resources
• good knowledge of Italian

• employment at 50 - 60 %
• employment start immediately

• salary remuneration based on the CCNL of the sector
