Multimedia Electronics Technician / Service Technician

To strengthen our technical team, we are looking for a technically skilled and customer-oriented professional.

Your tasks with us:

• Installation: Professional assembly and commissioning of high-end audio/video systems, home cinemas, and smart home systems at the customer's location.
• Network technology: Setting up, configuring, and optimizing home networks, WLAN systems, and reception systems (SAT, cable, IPTV).
• Service & Repair: Fault diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of consumer electronics devices in our workshop or directly at the customer's location.
• Customer advice: Competent instruction of customers after installation as well as technical advice in the showroom and for service inquiries on the telephone.
• Supervision: Our MME apprentices.

What you bring with you:

• Education: Completed vocational training as Multimedia Electronics Technician EFZ or a comparable technical education.
• Specialist knowledge: Profound knowledge in the areas of audio, video, and network technology as well as enthusiasm for state-of-the-art smart home trends.
• Driver's license: Valid driver's license category B (mandatory for field service).
• Personality: Well-groomed appearance, manual dexterity, independent way of working, and enjoyment of direct customer contact.

Location: Wiedlisbach (Showroom + Workshop) Region Solothurn / Bern (Field service)
Start date: By arrangement
