YOUR CONSTRUCTION SITES: • Independent leadership and active collaboration on the assigned construction sites • Leadership of the assigned employees • Economic use of inventory and operating resources • Material procurement/disposition • Work preparation • Reporting • Occupational safety, health, and environmental protection Your fundamentals: • Completed training in the construction industry • Completed further training as a Foreman or Site Manager in road construction • Good physical condition • High level of commitment • Independent, exact, and reliable way of working • Personality with strong leadership and organizational skills • Entrepreneurial mindset • German language skills in speaking and writing • IT user skills (MS-Office, possibly SORBA) • Driver's license Cat. B
