Due to our constant growth, we are looking for a passionate and sports-loving Assistant Manager Fitness Club (m/f/d) at 100%, starting now or by agreement, for our club in Lyss. As Assistant Manager Fitness Club at PureGym, you always give your best to offer our members the best experience in our clubs. You also support the club in performance improvement measures and act as the right hand to the gym management. Your role includes the following tasks and responsibilities: • You welcome and accompany our members in a friendly manner and spread the PureGym spirit throughout the entire facility • You implement the defined PureGym standards and lead by example • You inspect all areas of the club and ensure that all quality requirements regarding safety, cleanliness, and health protection are always respected • You regularly keep yourself informed about PureGym news and market developments and support the gym management in the development and execution of plans so that your club can establish itself in the market • You engage in promotional actions and help your club during the distribution of flyers What you bring: • You possess a fitness instructor qualification (m/f/d) recognized by Qualitop Suisse • You have a strong affinity for sport, fitness, health, and sales • You have a very good command of German and English (at least B2 level), other languages are a plus • You are flexible regarding schedules, including evening and weekend shifts • You have a great sense of responsibility and are ready to take on tasks delegated by the gym management • You enjoy contact with customers and working with people • You are motivated to take on new responsibilities • You are autonomous and enjoy working in a team What we offer you: • We offer a free fitness center subscription for you and one other person of your choice • We grant 25 days of leave on a 100% basis as well as one additional personal day • We offer you good evolution prospects within our company • We guarantee a salary in line with the sector and offer other performance-based remuneration • We offer many discounts on our product range as well as exclusive discounts with our partners • We are a young, dynamic, and international team Apply now and become a member of the PureGym team.
