Service Engineer Electrical Engineering 80 -100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• + Technical clarification and processing of service inquiries from our customers, the internal spare parts service and from service technicians on electrotechnical topics.
• Planning and implementation of electrotechnical adjustments within the framework of retrofit and machine conversion projects
• Analysis and rectification of malfunctions, as well as development of sustainable solution proposals
• Creation, adaptation and maintenance of electrical circuit diagrams as well as technical documentation
• Recording, maintenance and updating of bills of materials, articles and technical master data in SAP
• Support with product changes, obsolescence topics and the introduction of successor solutions
• Close cooperation with the departments Customer Care, Engineering, Purchasing and Production
• Execution of commissioning, error analyses as well as service and support assignments at the customer's site (willingness to travel up to 20 %)

Your qualifications

• + Completed vocational training as Automatiker EFZ with several years of professional experience and the willingness for further education at the level of a Höhere Fachschule (HF)

or already a completed further education at the level of Höhere Fachschule (HF) / Fachhochschule (FH/BSc)

• Experience in the field of electrical design (EPLAN)
• Knowledge in material management (SAP / EPLAN)
• Preferably knowledge in mechanical engineering or in handling CNC controls (SINUMERIK 840Dsl / ONE)
• Structured, methodical way of working
• Very good German skills, as well as good English skills
• High flexibility, resilience and a team-oriented personality
