For our partially supervised housing offer, we are looking for an innovative, enthusiastic Specialist in Social Pedagogy/Social Work/Psychiatry HF/FH (70%) from September 1, 2026 or by agreement. Your tasks: • case-leading, comprehensive reference person work • evening shifts in the inpatient setting (4:00 pm - 10:00 pm), one night shift per week • accompaniment, support and counseling of young people and their reference systems • interdisciplinary collaboration, networking of the support system • collaboration in a small team • administration and record-keeping • co-design and further development of the residential group and structures You bring: • humor, kindness and assertiveness • joy in working with young people and their challenges • experience in the inpatient area and flair for young people with mental challenges • trained linguistic expression, oral and written, solution-oriented communication • high stress tolerance and talent for creative solutions • flexibility, high reliability and team ability • very good administrative skills and self-organization • ideally a systemic further education (consulting/coaching) We offer: • versatile and challenging activity with high personal responsibility • large design scope • co-design of an organization that is being built up • opportunities to take on additional responsibilities • open, committed and experienced team • modern employment conditions • mostly regular working hours, always free on Saturdays • good connection to public transport
