Head of Quality Management

With passion and craftsmanship, we create exquisite chocolates that are appreciated both nationally and internationally. Our team consists of dedicated professionals working together to realize our vision.   Objective We are looking for a motivated, committed, and independent personality to lead our QM/QS team. In this key position, you are responsible for the entire QM/QS processes in our production facility. In this demanding task, you are subordinate to the CEO as a staff position. Your tasks • Leadership and further development of quality management and quality assurance • Functional and personnel leadership of the QM/QS team (4 persons) • Active participation in daily business, targeted optimization of processes • Responsibility for achieving the certifications necessary for operations and planning/conducting their audits (FSSC, Bio, FT, RFA as well as customer audits) • Planning, coordinating, and monitoring internal audits • Leading internal quality management meetings: HACCP and error reporting meetings • Ensuring product safety along the value chain, including incoming goods and line control • Representing the company towards partners, authorities, and associations in quality matters Your skills • Completed studies as a food engineer FH/ETH, BSc/MSc in food technology/science, or a higher federal diploma of expertise • Solid practical experience in quality management including leadership experience, ideally from an SME in the food industry • Leadership and organizational skills, entrepreneurial thinking and acting • Hands-on mentality and high technical competence • Project management, moderation, and presentation skills as well as a confident appearance when dealing with different stakeholders • Independent and reliable way of working, good IT skills • Analytical, structured, and networked-thinking personality with high self-motivation and teamwork skills • Proficient German and English in speaking and writing, Italian is an advantage What we offer • Established Swiss food company, family-run company with a "Du" culture • Collegial, small team with short decision-making paths and high technical competence • Varied and meaningful tasks in a production facility in the heart of chocolate production • Company values such as commitment and responsibility with all important industry and quality standards, social responsibility and sustainability • Employee discounts in our SchokoLaden on site • Progressive employment conditions with many benefits for employees • Collective labor agreement (GAV) and member of the association Chocosuisse, Association of Swiss Chocolate Manufacturers • Training company for food technologists, logisticians Priska Müller, Head of Human Resources, looks forward to your application.
