Our hotel complex combines three renowned brands under one roof: Novotel, ibis and ibis budget – and is part of the Hively network and the globally represented Accor hotel group. As a franchisee, we act independently, but benefit from the international expertise and high quality standards of the brand. The Novotel Bern Expo presents itself as a stylish 4-star business hotel with 112 comfortable rooms. The «GourmetBar by Novotel» (restaurant and bar) with the unique TUBBO (terrace concept), has 200 seats and offers local entertainment at lunchtime and national and international entertainment (culinary) in the evenings for our guests. Our conferencing and seminar infrastructure has nine partially modular seminar rooms (total area 318m2) and can offer experiences for up to 200 people. The rooms are air-conditioned and soundproofed and, together with the foyer, offer modern equipment for seminars, cocktail events, exhibitions, conferences and receptions. The largest Adventure Room in Bern - «Speakeasy» - is also at home with us. To complement our restaurant team, we are looking for a support staff member (m/w/d) in the hourly wage immediately or by arrangement: Office employee (m/w/d) support in the hourly wage Your role: Cleaning and order - you keep everything in order You ensure clean dishes, cutlery and kitchen utensils and thus make a significant contribution to the smooth operation in the kitchen everyday life Cleaning of work environment and hygiene - cleanliness with system You clean work surfaces, kitchen appliances and ensure that all hygiene regulations are observed Team spirit and support - together it works better You work together in the team and support the kitchen crew. Disposal and responsibility - waste belongs in the right place You separate and dispose of waste properly and ensure a tidy working environment Thinking ahead and material - you know what is needed You regularly check the stock of cleaning agents and give notice if something is missing.
