Your field of activity ###

• Together in a team, you are responsible for the reliable processing of administrative HR processes from entry to exit
• You carry out personnel and payroll administration and carefully maintain all data relevant to salary and social insurance in SAP
• You advise and support our employees competently and in a service-oriented manner regarding administrative questions surrounding diverse HR topics
• As part of the harmonization of HR processes, you actively contribute to the further development of workflows and to the cooperation with LUKS HR

Your experience ###

• You have a commercial basic education or an equivalent training, further training as an HR Assistant / HR Assistant or Administrator Personnel Administration as well as experience in a comparable administrative HR function. Very good user knowledge in Microsoft 365 and SAP are required, an HR Federal Diploma is an advantage
• You organize different tasks, appointments and concerns in a structured manner, set priorities in a targeted way and work efficiently and independently
• Even with critical feedback or different expectations, you remain professional, respond appreciatively to your counterpart and maintain your strong service orientation
• With your understanding of processes, you recognize connections, keep the big picture in mind and contribute constructively to the further development of workflows
