• Production of fresh salads, fruit juices and sandwiches
• Preparation of the pastry and breakfast offer
• Setting up and management of the salad buffet
• Setting up of hot dishes
• Cleaning and office work
• Calculation of quantities according to recipes
• Compliance with basics, quality and product requirements as well as working procedures
