The person will be responsible for the availability, security, performance and reliability of the IT infrastructure, dealing with:

• Server, virtualization, storage, networking and workplace
• Cybersecurity, endpoint protection, patching and vulnerability management
• Microsoft 365, Active Directory, identity & access management
• Backup, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
• IT infrastructure evolution and modernization projects
• Management of suppliers, contracts, SLA and IT budget
• IT support for approximately 90 users
• Policy, procedure and technical documentation
• Collaboration with R&D, Production, Quality, Logistics and Administration

We are looking for a professional with:

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure / system administration
• Solid experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory and Group Policy
• Knowledge of virtualization, storage, networking, firewall, VPN and Wi-Fi
• Experience with backup, restore, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Identity Management
• Skills in PowerShell and systems knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
• Good knowledge of Italian and English (B2+)
• Autonomous, pragmatic, structured and solution-oriented approach

Experience in the field of cybersecurity/IT governance, ISO 27001 or NIST CSF, industrial/manufacturing environment, technical certifications and knowledge of German (B1+) constitute a plus.
